  With this rule at the top of the list, it is almost unnecessary to list any others. It is the golden rule that never fails. When Team Pomeroy moves you, we move ourselves.

• Maintain your integrity

  When commissioning a service or purchasing goods, there are few things more irritating then when someone tells you one thing while selling you, only to deliver subpar service or goods when it's time to settle up.

  Team Pomeroy strives to make you as informed as possible from the initial contact stages, from providing you accurate estimates and time frames, to guiding you all the way through the moving process from start to finish.

• There is always a reason to smile and be grateful

  Attitudes are contagious. As if moving isn't stressful enough, the last thing you need is a crew of grumpy men arriving to pack your stuff. Team Pomeroy strives to make your world an easier place to live in, while we are in it.

• Hard work is never a waste

  You could call this the "sibling principle" of the previous one. It is easy to put a price on a service or product, and then push it to the masses. What you cannot put a price on is the attention to detail, and the pursuit of making the people you serve 100% happy.

  We are not happy with simply moving your possessions. You can hire anyone to do that. We are satisfied when we know that we did everytihng within our power to make your move as painless and pleasant as possible.
